These are some of the most common questions from people who are just discovering holistic wellness and wondering whether this approach might be a good fit for them and their animal companions.
This is one of the questions I receive most often.
My work is based on holistic and energy-based practices designed to support your companion's overall well-being from a distance. While the mechanisms that may explain these approaches are not yet fully understood or established by current science, many people choose them as a complementary way to support their pets' well-being alongside veterinary care.
Rather than asking you to simply believe in this approach, I invite you to learn about how I work, ask any questions you may have, and decide whether this path feels right for you and your companion.
No. Your companion can be resting, sleeping, playing, or simply going about their normal routine at home. Since the session takes place remotely, they don't need to do anything in particular.
Many families appreciate that their companions can remain in the comfort of their familiar environment, where they feel safe and relaxed.
Everything begins with listening.
The information you share in the questionnaire and during our consultation helps me understand your companion's health, behavior, emotions, environment, and life story from a holistic perspective.
Based on that understanding, I select the holistic tools I believe are most appropriate to identify potential imbalances and provide personalized support. Every companion is unique, which means every session is unique as well.
My work goes beyond focusing on symptoms alone. I strive to understand each companion as a whole, taking into account their health, emotions, environment, and relationship with their family.
From that understanding, I carefully choose the holistic tools that best fit their individual needs because I believe that no two companions—and no two healing journeys—are ever the same.
No. Holistic wellness sessions are designed to complement veterinary care, never replace it.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or recommend discontinuing veterinary treatments. If your companion is ill or experiencing an emergency, they should always be evaluated by a licensed veterinarian.
Every companion responds differently.
Some families notice changes quite quickly, while for others the process unfolds more gradually. Sometimes the changes are subtle, and in other cases they may not appear in the way you expected. Because every companion is unique, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer.
Some companions need support for a specific situation, while others benefit from ongoing sessions during longer processes such as recovery or significant life changes.
During our consultation, we'll talk about your companion's unique situation and determine together what type of support may be most appropriate.
I work with a variety of animal companions, including dogs, cats, horses, and birds.
If your companion belongs to another species, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to talk with you and explore whether this approach may be appropriate for them.
That's completely okay.
Many of the people who reach out to me are simply looking for a complementary option after trying many other approaches.
You don't need any previous experience with holistic practices to have a conversation with me. My goal isn't to convince you of anything—it's to help you determine whether this approach feels like the right fit for you and your companion.
That's exactly why I offer a complimentary Discovery Call.
If you're unsure, the best way to find out is by having a conversation.
During your complimentary Discovery Call, I'll take a few minutes to learn about your companion's situation, answer your questions, and honestly let you know whether I believe this approach could be a valuable complement for you.
And if I don't think it's the right fit, I'll tell you that as well.
Animals have always inspired me through their sensitivity, resilience, and the deep connections they form with the people who love them.
My own journey with Lily, my Goldendoodle, transformed the way I understand animal well-being and inspired me to support both animal companions and the families who care for them.
Today, my purpose is to provide a respectful and holistic space where both companions and their families feel supported as they navigate life's challenges with greater balance, well-being, and harmony.
Choosing someone to support the well-being of a companion who means so much to you is a deeply personal decision.
I never take that trust for granted.
My commitment is to listen with care, understand your companion's unique story, and provide thoughtful, personalized support that always complements veterinary care.
Whether or not we end up working together, I want you to feel heard, informed, and confident that you're making the best decision for your companion.
